Coincidentally I was doing some of it with good success
- Wake up 1 hour earlier to hit the gym every morning (Mon to Fri)
- Make exercise a priority
- Pack a change of clothes to work everyday
My aim is to maintain health and fitness. I hope by starting this blog it will motivate me with my health and fitness regime. This will be an easy way for sharing healthcare information with my friends.
